Directions to Spirit & Life

From the West

Follow Route 222 East until you reach Main St. (you will pass route 281).  Turn right onto Main St. and Spirit & Life is on the intersection of the first block on the left hand side.

From the North

Take I-81 South to Exit 12 and proceed south on Route 281.  When you reach the intersection of 222 turn left onto 222 East and follow until Main St.  Turn right onto Main St. and Spirit & Life is on the intersection of the first block on the left hand side.

From the East

Take Route 13 South into Cortland (eventually Clinton Ave.)  Follow Clinton Ave (follow 41/11 North) and when you reach Main St. turn left.  Spirit & Life is on the intersection of the first block on the left hand side.

From the South

Take Route 13 North into Cortland.  When you reach the intersection of 281 and 13, go straight onto route 281.  Further down the road, when you reach the intersection of 281 and 222, turn right onto 222 East.  Follow until Main St. and turn right.  Spirit & Life will be the on the left hand side, just before the first block.
